Pre-production is a process of development and approval, turning your designs into products you can touch and feel. Depending on the product type, samples will be placed with one of our trusted factories.

Production & Quality Control
In all facets of our textile manufacturing, we maintain rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee that our products meet technical specifications within agreed tolerance levels. Additionally, we ensure compliance with MOQ’s for mixed container loads, while closely monitoring schedules and product qualities to uphold our standards of excellence.

Inspection
Conducting a final statistical audit is a crucial component of our quality control regimen at Classic Linen. Before goods are released for shipment, each production lot undergoes this audit to ensure adherence to our exacting standards. Our inspections are conducted both before and during production, in accordance with the acceptable quality standard AQL-BS16001-LSD 2859. Additionally, laboratory testing further supplements our quality assurance efforts.
